TARUA ® is not a simple water pump, but one of the sophisticated fruits of the many technological developments conceived and promoted by IDEAS AND PRODUCTS, a company formed by people who firmly believe in change. Our passion forindustrial (and environmental)innovation constantly drives us to study and create new applications. We identify real problems and strive to seek optimal solutions by adopting unconventional points of view.
From this approach, we have improved, in particular, the management of water, sludge, and a variety of production processes.
Our flagships are mainly the processes related to volume reduction, filtration and pumping.

And they are the perfect evolution and complement to hydro pumps in handling emergency or maintenance situations where water, sludge and various kinds of residues require challenging and complex interventions.

our history
IDEAS AND PRODUCTS Ltd. was founded in 1984 in Milan, Italy, by Vincenzo Di Leo. For over 35 years, ideas are born in our laboratories, projects are developed, innovative products are created and customized services are offered.
IDEAS AND PRODUCTS researches, develops, manufactures and markets integrated technologies, operating from solid-liquid separation to pumping and applicable in both production, environment and emergency response. Each product is born from direct observation in the field, gathering the specific needs of different sectors and developing ad hoc solutions: this is precisely why we have numerous patents and registered trademarks to our credit.Industrial and environmental innovation is in our DNA.
We offer our products for lease or sale after the customer has proven their effectiveness in the field. We provide technical support before sale, during service and after purchase; we work passionately so that every customer is fully satisfied.
what we do and what we offer: beyond the water pump and standards, many innovative solutions
- We transfer large liquids and solids with our TARUA ® program of self-priming positive displacement pumps – a device that goes far beyond the concept of a water pump and complements (suction of sludge and solids) the work of the water pumps themselves. TARUA ®, in fact, sucks thanks to vacuum and is a “full pass” positive displacement pump. In addition to the hydro-scooping pumps, there are TARUA ® pumps.
- Dynamic Filtration or Active Filt ration-a revolutionary Dewatering System that increases dryness and reduces time. We have a gravity program with the product DRY BOX ® and one by pressure with STRIZBOX.
- In-line Treatment and Conditioning with a single pump, thanks to our products ZUMIX e PHAZEBOX.
